At SmartKidz, your child’s safety and wellbeing is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have strict hygiene and safety standards in place.
Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on any opened or used products.
This ensures every customer receives products that are safe, uncontaminated, and of the highest quality.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Unopened Products
We may accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be sealed and in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products not in original condition
