Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed promptly and packed with care. We ship from one of our trusted fulfillment centers — located in Australia, Canada, the United States, or China — depending on:

  • Stock availability

  • Your shipping address

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather or logistics conditions

This ensures your order always takes the fastest and most reliable route to reach you.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used. On average, most customers receive their orders within 6–10 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey every step of the way.


Subscription Orders

If you’re a SmartKidz™ subscriber, we make sure your gummies arrive consistently so your child never misses a day. Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped on the same day each month, based on the date of your first order.

Example: If your first order was placed on September 10th, your next orders will ship on October 10th, November 10th, and so on.
